We’re getting close to opening. Today and yesterday, the kitchen crew cooked almost everything on the brunch and dinner menus, and the dining room staff tasted all of it so they could learn what it all is. It was a frenzy of eating! We were all in a ‘food coma’ after this hours-long process of tasting all the dishes. But it sure was delicious!
I tasted 3 of the egg dishes — Romero, Glennadene, and Alexander — all of which are named after friends and family of the owners/chefs! I also thought the biscuits and the gravy were wonderful.
